Who this is for

๐ŸŒ International communities

Servers where half the members type in one language and the other half in another finally hear each other, in their own language.

๐Ÿ“š Language learning servers

Hear how a sentence is actually pronounced by a natural-sounding voice, on demand, in the middle of the conversation.

๐ŸŽฎ Cross-region gaming

And because the built-in voices are multilingual, typing directly in your own language works without translation at all.

Questions

How does translation work?

Add the translate_to option to /tts, pick a language, and Mimiq translates your message before speaking it in the voice channel. The reply shows both the spoken translation and your original text so everyone can see what was said.

Do I need translation to speak another language?

No. The built-in voices are multilingual, so if you type your message in French or Japanese directly, /tts just speaks it in that language. translate_to is for when you write in one language and want it spoken in another.

Do captions understand other languages?

Yes. Live captions auto-detect the spoken language, so transcription works in whatever language your members actually speak.

Is it free?

Yes. Translation, TTS, cloning, and captions are all free and unlimited.
